Write to contact@chainedbeasts.org. That is the public mailbox for this site. We read corrections, privacy requests, and factual disputes there.

I publish the same address in the footer, on this page, and in the privacy policy so there is one route. Game support is a different inbox: Featherweight lists support@featherweightgames.com for the game itself. I cannot refund a Steam purchase or reset a Game Pass save.

What to send where

There is no contact form, because a form would need a processor I have not added. Email is the whole channel. I aim to answer editorial mail, and I do not promise a same-day reply.

  • A wrong price, date, or boss name: contact@chainedbeasts.org, with the page URL and a source.
  • Privacy, including deleting the consent choice we store: contact@chainedbeasts.org. You can also clear localStorage key cb_consent_v1 yourself.
  • Crashes, saves, and refunds: Featherweight at support@featherweightgames.com, or the store you bought from.
  • Press assets: the studio’s press kit, linked from featherweightgames.com/chainedbeasts.
